Create a profile by:

• clicking on login/register on aipmed.org website
• click sign up and fill in the required data
• a confirmation/activation email will be sent, activate your profile by clicking on the link in the email.

If you already have a profile, login with your details.

Click on my submissions tab.

Then click submit new manuscript

Fill in the title of the manuscripts and upload the cover letter and the manuscript (Microsoft word document only) (which has been prepared according to the instruction to authors (make the instruction to authors a hyperlink to the instruction to authors segment)).

Then click submit.

You will receive an email confirming your submission.

You can return to the portal to check up on the status of your manuscript. However, you will receive email notifications when there is any change in the status of your manuscript.

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting a manuscript to this journal, authors are required to check that their submissions are in compliance with all of the following items. Submissions may be returned to authors or delayed if the authors do not adhere to these guidelines.

• It has been submitted exclusively to the journal except for addresses and speeches.
• It is not being considered for publication elsewhere at the time of submission.
• The data submitted has not been published elsewhere. However, a paper presented at a scientific meeting or conference will be considered if it has not been published in full in a proceeding or similar publication.
• Authors are free to submit manuscripts rejected by other journals. In a similar way, they are free to submit articles rejected by this journal elsewhere.
• The editors would wish to be informed about any conflicts of interest in the submitted manuscripts and any previous reports that might be regarded as a duplication of some data.
• Prepare the manuscript according to the instruction to author (link of instruction to authors)
• All submitted original articles must be accompanied by a covering letter, confirming that all authors agree to the manuscript submitted.
